Mango Pudding

Mango Pudding
Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Raw mango 3 1.Chope the raw mango and grind well .
2.Add milk, essence and mix well.
3.Mix egg and sugar well
4.Add this into the mix ,boil and stir well.
5.Cool and serve
Milk 1pkt
Essence 1 tea spoon
Egg 4
Sugar 250g

Condensed Milk Pudding

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Condensed milk 1 tin 1.Grind milk and coconut well and filter.
2.Add condenced milk to the mix.
3.Add heated gelatin.
4.Mix the cool.
Milk 1 pkt
Cocunut 1/2
Gelatin 1 1/2 spoon
Ghee 25g

Cocunt Milk pudding

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Coconut milk 1/2 cup 1.Mix eggs,sugar and salt.Stir well.
2.Add ghee,coconut milk in to this mix.
3.Pour this mix in a pot and cook in steam.
4.keep in freezer when heat gone.
5.Cut in to peaces and serve.
Egg 6
Sugar 100g
Salt 1 pinch
Ghee 25g

Tender Cocunut Pudding

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Tender cocounut water 500ml 1.Take half of tender cocunut water,mix sugar and boil well.
2.Add remaining tender coocunut water and china grass.
3.Remove from flame when china grass get dissolved.
4.Pour this hot mix in a plate.Keep in refrigerator
5.Add tender coconut paste in to this mix.Remove from flame.
6.keep in refrigerator.when  it become cold,cut in to peaces and serve with pudding.
Sugar powder 1 3/4 cup
China grass 10g
Tender cocunut 2 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup

Bread Pudding

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Bread 10 slice 1.Remove side part of bread and dip in one cup of milk.
2.Mix suagr in 5 cup of milk and boil and stir well.
3.Mix egg with one cup of milk and add in to this boild milk
4.If it becomes a gravy model,add bread mix,vanilla essence,and cardomom powder.Stir well.
5.Pour this mix in a pot.Close the lid and half dip in a boiled water.
6.Boil this water in 10-25 min.
7.Remove from heat.If it become cold,keep in refrigerator.
Milk 8 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Egg 1
vanilla essence 1 tea spoon
Cardomom powder 1 tea spoon

Mathi vattichathu

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
mathi 10 1.Clean the fish.
2.Mix small onion,garlic,ginger and grind well.
3.Add mix and curry leaves
4.If half fried,add red chilli and turmeric powder and mix well.
5.Add water,salt and vineger in to the mix and boil well.
6.Add fish.remove from flame if fish get cooked.

Turmeric Powder 1 tea spoon
tamerind 1/4 cup
curry leaves 10
water 1 glass
Salt to taste

Stuffed Ayala

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Ayala 5 1.Clean the fish.
2.grind pepper powder,ginger,green chilli,garlic,tamarind,salt,curry leaves,turmeric powder,cumin well.
3.split ayala in to two peace.do not split the sides
4.Fill the grinded masala in to the fish.
5.keep the fish for 1 hour.
6.heat the oil and fry the fish in low flame.

garlic 50g
ginger 1 piece
green chilli 6
turmeric powder 50g
red chilli powder 1/2 tea spoon
tamerind 1 tea spoon
curry leaves 10 cumin seeds 1 tea spoon mustard seeds 1 tea spoon Salt to taste oil 50 ml
