|Raw mango||3||1.Chope the raw mango and grind well .
2.Add milk, essence and mix well.
3.Mix egg and sugar well
4.Add this into the mix ,boil and stir well.
5.Cool and serve

|Bread||10 slice||1.Remove side part of bread and dip in one cup of milk.
2.Mix suagr in 5 cup of milk and boil and stir well.
3.Mix egg with one cup of milk and add in to this boild milk
4.If it becomes a gravy model,add bread mix,vanilla essence,and cardomom powder.Stir well.
5.Pour this mix in a pot.Close the lid and half dip in a boiled water.
6.Boil this water in 10-25 min.
7.Remove from heat.If it become cold,keep in refrigerator.

|mathi||10||1.Clean the fish.
2.Mix small onion,garlic,ginger and grind well.
3.Add mix and curry leaves
4.If half fried,add red chilli and turmeric powder and mix well.
5.Add water,salt and vineger in to the mix and boil well.
6.Add fish.remove from flame if fish get cooked.

|Ayala||5||1.Clean the fish.
2.grind pepper powder,ginger,green chilli,garlic,tamarind,salt,curry leaves,turmeric powder,cumin well.
3.split ayala in to two peace.do not split the sides
4.Fill the grinded masala in to the fish.
5.keep the fish for 1 hour.
6.heat the oil and fry the fish in low flame.
