|Dosa/Idli Batter||1/2 cup||1.Chop Onion,green chilli and leaves.
2.Add to the batter.
3.Add salt,baking soda and stir well.
4.If batter is so loose,add little rice flour.
5.Add the mix in to the heated oil using spoon.
6.Kaara vada is ready.
7.Serve it with tamerind chutney.

|Tender Coconut||1 cup||1.Grind tender coconut well.
2.keep aside the thick coconut milk.
3.add water into the grated coconut again and take milk.
4.Boil the tender coconut in this milk
5.Add sugar when half boiled.stir well
6.Add thick coconut milk.
7.Add nuts and kismis.
8.Pour to a serving bowl.
9.Just keep jasmine flowers on the top of it.
10.Close the pot tightly for 10 minute.
11.Remove the flowers and serve.
