Kaara Vada

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Dosa/Idli Batter 1/2 cup 1.Chop Onion,green chilli and leaves.
2.Add to the batter.
3.Add salt,baking soda and stir well.
4.If batter is so loose,add little rice flour.
5.Add the mix in to the heated oil using spoon.
6.Kaara vada is ready.
7.Serve it with tamerind chutney.
Baking Soda 1 pinch
Onion 2
Green Chilli 3
Curry Leaves 10
Coriander Leaves 3 spoon
Rice flour(optional) 100g
Oil To fry

Fruit Pearl sago Payasam

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Chopped apple,mango,banana 1/2 cup 1.Boil pearl sago and keep aside.
2.Heat pot,add grated coconut and stir well.
3.Add pearl sago and milk.
4.Add sugar if half boiled.
5.Remove from flame.
6.Add fruits and nuts.
7.Payasam ready.
Pearl sago/chowari 1/3 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Milk 2 cup
Grated coconut 3 spoon
Nuts and kismis 100g

Tender Coconut Jasmine Payasam

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Tender Coconut 1 cup 1.Grind tender coconut well.
2.keep aside the thick coconut milk.
3.add water into the grated coconut again and take milk.
4.Boil the tender coconut in this milk
5.Add sugar when half boiled.stir well
6.Add thick coconut milk.
7.Add nuts and kismis.
8.Pour to a serving bowl.
9.Just keep jasmine flowers on the top of it.
10.Close the pot tightly for 10 minute.
11.Remove the flowers and serve.
Sugar 1/2
Coconut Milk 2 cup
Nuts and kismis 1 pinch
jasmine 6 numbers
