Mint leaves chutney

Mintleaves chutney
Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Mint leaves 1 cup 1.Grind mint leaves,garlic,ginger,grated coconut.
2.Add curd and salt.Mix well.
Garlic 3
Ginger 1 small peace
Coconut 3 TS
Curd 2 TS
Salt To taste

Egg Roast

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Egg 3 1.Boil the eggs and remove the shell.
2.Heat oil in a pan.
3.Add chopped onio,curry leaves,green chillies.saute well.
4.If onion get cooked,add ginger garlic.
5.Add chopped tomatoes.
6.Add all the spices and saute for 2 min.
7.Cut egg to 4 peaces and add to the gravy.
8.Close the lid of pan and cook for 5 min.
Onion 2
Tomato 2
Green chillies 2
Ginger garlic paste 2 TS
Turmeric powder 1/2 S
Chilli powder 1 S
Garam masala 1 S
Coriander powder 1/4 S
Salt to taste
Oil to fry

Moru Kalan

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Banana/Yam 1/2 kg 1.Cut banana/yam in to big peaces.Half boil this with very little amount of water.Add turmeric powder,chilli powder and salt.
2.Grind coconut well with garlic,pepper,green chilli.Add little water while grinding
3.Add curd to the banana,notice there should not have water in the pot.
4.Add coconut mix to the peaces and mix well.
5.Splutter mustard seeds in another pan,add curry leaves,red chilli.
6.Add this mix to curry
Curd 250gm
Coconut 1/2
Pepper 1 TS
Garlic 2
Green chilli 2
Turmeric Powder 1 TS
Chilli Powder 1 Pinch
Red chilli 3
Fenugreek seeds 1/2 S
Mustard seeds 1 S
Curry leaves 10
Oil To fry

Chicken Curry

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Chicken 1 kg 1.Heat oil in pan,add chopped onion and green chilli and saute well.
2.Add little salt to cook the onion soon.
3.If the onion fried well,add ginger garlic paste.
4.Add tomatoes saute well after one min.
5.Add all the spices one by one.stir well for 2 min.
6.Add chicken peaces and curry leaves.
7.Mix all the things,close the pan with lid and cook for 10 min.Add little water if required
8.Garnish with coriander leaves.

Ginger garlic paste 2 table spoon
Chilli powder 1 table spoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
Coriander powder 1 spoon
Garam masala 2 spoon
Green chilli 3
Curry leaves 10
Coriander leaves 1 spoon
