Non Vegiterian Dishes

Chicken Curry

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Chicken 1 kg 1.Heat oil in pan,add chopped onion and green chilli and saute well.
2.Add little salt to cook the onion soon.
3.If the onion fried well,add ginger garlic paste.
4.Add tomatoes saute well after one min.
5.Add all the spices one by one.stir well for 2 min.
6.Add chicken peaces and curry leaves.
7.Mix all the things,close the pan with lid and cook for 10 min.Add little water if required
8.Garnish with coriander leaves.

Tomato 4
Ginger garlic paste 2 table spoon
Chilli powder 1 table spoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
Coriander powder 1 spoon
Garam masala 2 spoon
Green chilli 3
Curry leaves 10
Coriander leaves 1 spoon
Salt To taste
Oil To saute

Payyoli Chicken

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Chicken 1/2 kg 1.Marinate chicken with salt and ginger paste and keep in refrigerator for 10 min.
2.Boil kashmiri chilli for 5 minute and grind well to make a paste.
3.Again marinate chicken with garlic paste,3/4 part of chilli paste and keep in refrigerator for 25min.
4Heat oil in a pan in high flame.cooker When it boil, reduce the flame to low add chicken peaces.Close the pan with a lid.Fry the peaces.
5.Mix the remaining chilli paste with grated coconut and fry the coconut in the same oil.
6.Fry green chilli and curry leaves in same oil.
7.Garnish chicken peaces with grated coconut,green chilli and curry leaves.

Kashmiri chilli 50gm
Garated Coconut 50gm

Beef Chilli

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Beef boneless 1/2 kg 1.Marinate beef with turmeric powder,chilli powder,garam masala,vineger and salt.
2.Keep in refrigerator for half hour.
4.Cook beef in presure cooker for 10 min in low flame.
4.Slice the beef like finger shape.
5.Mix cornflour in the beef and keep it side for 10 min.
6.Deep fry in oil.

Ginger garlic paste 2 TS
Corn flour 3 TS
Green chilli 3
Curry leaves 10
Salt To taste

Prawn Masala

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Prawns 1/2 kg 1.Take bowl, marinate prawns with 1/2 spoon turmeric powder and salt for 1/2 hour in refrigerator.
2.Heat oil in a pan,fry the prawns.Do not deep fry.
3.Remove the prawns from the pan,add onions,green chilli and curry leaves.saute well
4.If onion get cooked, add ginger garlic paste.stir well.
5.Add tomato.If tomato get cooked add all the spices.
6.Stir continuously in a low flame.
7.After 5 min,add prawns saute well.
8.Close the lid of pan and cook for 5 min.
9.Add chopped coconut(optional)
10.Garnish with coriander leaves

Juicy Chicken Kebab

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Chicken Keema/Boneless 1/2 Kg 1.Hlaf boil chciken keema with little amount of water.(You can do this dish with boneless chicken also.Half boil chicken peaces)
2.Mix chicken with turmeric powder,chilli owder,garam masala,salt and green chilli.
3.Grind this chicken without water.
4.Add finely chopped onion.
5.Make finger shaped kababs.
6.Fry in oil.No need of deep fry.
Prepare Sause
1.Heat the pan
2.Add tomato sause,soya sause,coriander leaves.
3.Mix cornflour with water and add to the pan.
4.Stir for a while.If it becoming thick,add kebabs to this sauase.
5.stir for while.garnish with coriander leaves

cumin powder 1/2 spoon

For Sause

Mathi vattichathu

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
mathi 10 1.Clean the fish.
2.Mix small onion,garlic,ginger and grind well.
3.Add mix and curry leaves
4.If half fried,add red chilli and turmeric powder and mix well.
5.Add water,salt and vineger in to the mix and boil well.
6.Add fish.remove from flame if fish get cooked.

Stuffed Ayala

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Ayala 5 1.Clean the fish.
2.grind pepper powder,ginger,green chilli,garlic,tamarind,salt,curry leaves,turmeric powder,cumin well.
3.split ayala in to two peace.do not split the sides
4.Fill the grinded masala in to the fish.
5.keep the fish for 1 hour.
6.heat the oil and fry the fish in low flame.
