Spicy Dry Paneer

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Paneer 200g 1.Make a thick batter with refined flour,corn flour,chicken masala,corainder leaves,kasoori methi and salt.
2.Chop paneer into cube shape.
3.Dip paneer in the batter and rolled in bread crumps and deep fry in oil.
4.It is a crispy and variety dish with paneer.
Maida(Refined flour) 2 TS
Corn flour 2 TS
Chicken masala 1 TS
Kasoori methi(dried fenugreek leaves) 1/2 TS
Coriander leaves 1 TS
Bread crumps To roll
Salt 1/2 cup
Water As needed

Aloo anar peanut Chaat


Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Potato 2 1.Grind grated coconut,ginger,green chilli and salt and keep it aside.
2.Boil the potatoes and cut in to cube shape.
3.Roast the peanuts.
4.Place potatoes,pomegranate,peanuts,finely chopped onion and green chilli,coriander leaves,mint leaves and salt.toss well
5.Add lemon juice and grind coconut mix and toss again.
Pomegranate kernals 1 cup
Peanuts 1 cup
Onion 1
Green chillies 2
Chat masala 1 S
Lemon juice 1 TS
Corinader leaves 1 TS
Mint leaves 1 TS
Grated coconut 1 TS
Ginger small peace

Fruit Chaat

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Papaya 1/4 cup 1.Cut all the fruits in cube shape except pomegranate.
2.Place the fruits in a large bowl and keep in refrigerator to chill.
3.Sprinke chilli powder,pepper powder,chat masala and lemon juice.Toss well.
Orange 1
Pomegranate kernals 1/4 cup
Apple 1/4 cup
Green grapes 1/4 cup
Black grapes 1/4 cup
Red chilli powder 1/4 S
Pepper powder 1/4 S

Cornflakes Bhel

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Corn flakes 2 cup 1.Take bowl, combine onion,totmato,cucmber,salt chat masala and mix well.
2.Add cornflakes,chopped coriander leaves,lemon juice and mix well.
3.Instant cornflakes bhel ready.
Chopped onion 1
Chopped cucmber 1
Chopped tomato 1
Chat masala 1 table spoon
chopped corinader 2 pinch
lemon juice 2 tea spoon
salt to taste

Cornflakes Masala

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Corn flakes 1 cup 1.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry cornflakes till crisp.
2.Heat two tablespoons oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. When they splutter add curry leaves, kismis and cashewnuts and sauté for a minute and take it off the heat.
3.Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, sugar, peanuts, and cornflakes and mix well.
4.Tasty crispy and spicy cornflakes masala ready.
Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves 1/4 cup
Kismis 10
Cashewnuts(roasted) 10
Peanuts(roasted) 10
turmeric powder 2 pinch
Chilli Powder 1/4 spoon
salt to taste
Oil to fry

Kaara Vada

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Dosa/Idli Batter 1/2 cup 1.Chop Onion,green chilli and leaves.
2.Add to the batter.
3.Add salt,baking soda and stir well.
4.If batter is so loose,add little rice flour.
5.Add the mix in to the heated oil using spoon.
6.Kaara vada is ready.
7.Serve it with tamerind chutney.

Rice flour(optional) 100g
