Soya Vermicilli Pulavu

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Soya chunks 1 cup 1. Pressure cook the soya chunks for 10 min.drain and sqeece it and cut into small peaces.
2.Heat oil in a pan,add onion,green chilli and curry leaves.saute for 5 min.Add chopped garlic.
3.Add chopped vegetables and soya chunks.
4.Add all the spices and saute well.
5.Add vermicelli.mix well.
6.Add salt and 2 cup of water.close the lid of pan and cook for 10 min.
7.Stir the mix often while cooking.
Vermicilli 2 cup
Onion 1
Carrot,beans chopped 1 cup
Green chilli 2
garlic 1 TS
Garam masala 1 S
Chilli powder 1/2 S
Turmeric powder 1/4 S
Salt to taste
Oil to season

Egg Roast

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Egg 3 1.Boil the eggs and remove the shell.
2.Heat oil in a pan.
3.Add chopped onio,curry leaves,green chillies.saute well.
4.If onion get cooked,add ginger garlic.
5.Add chopped tomatoes.
6.Add all the spices and saute for 2 min.
7.Cut egg to 4 peaces and add to the gravy.
8.Close the lid of pan and cook for 5 min.

Turmeric powder 1/2 S
Chilli powder 1 S

Coriander powder 1/4 S

Wheat idli

 
Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Wheat rava 1 cup 1.Soak mung dal for 3 hour.Grind the daal into a smooth paste..
2.Add this paste to wheat rava.Add baking soda and salt.Mix well.
3.Heat oil in a pan,splutter mustard seeds,urd dal,curry leaves.
4.Add finely chopped ginger,green chillies,coriander leaves,saute well.
5.Add this to the batter.mix well.
6.Steam cook idlis on medium flame for about 10 minutes.
Mung Dal 1/4 cup
Ginger 1 peace
Green chillies 2
Corinader leaves 1 TS
Mustard seed 1 S
Urd dal 1 S
Curry leaves 10
Baking soda 1 pinch(Optional)
Salt to taste
Oil to taste

Oats Idli

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Oats 1 cup 1.Roast oats for 2 min without oil in low flame until a good smell comes.Powder the oats
2.Heat oil in a pan,splutter mustard seeds,urd dal,curry leaves
3.Add chopped vegitables(I used carrots,beans etc..).
4.Add finely chopped ginger,green chillies,coriander leaves,saute well.
5.Add wheat rava.stir well for 2 min.
6.Add curd,baking soda(for softness) and salt.Mix well.Remove from flame.
7.Keep the batter for 10 min and you can start making healthy yummy idli.

Aloo anar peanut Chaat

 

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Potato 2 1.Grind grated coconut,ginger,green chilli and salt and keep it aside.
2.Boil the potatoes and cut in to cube shape.
3.Roast the peanuts.
4.Place potatoes,pomegranate,peanuts,finely chopped onion and green chilli,coriander leaves,mint leaves and salt.toss well
5.Add lemon juice and grind coconut mix and toss again.
Pomegranate kernals 1 cup
Peanuts 1 cup
Onion 1
Green chillies 2
Chat masala 1 S
Lemon juice 1 TS
Corinader leaves 1 TS
Mint leaves 1 TS
Grated coconut 1 TS

Fruit Chaat

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Papaya 1/4 cup 1.Cut all the fruits in cube shape except pomegranate.
2.Place the fruits in a large bowl and keep in refrigerator to chill.
3.Sprinke chilli powder,pepper powder,chat masala and lemon juice.Toss well.

Apple 1/4 cup
Green grapes 1/4 cup
Black grapes 1/4 cup
Red chilli powder 1/4 S

Aloo Mashroom roast

Ingredients Preparation Instructions
Mashroom 250gm 1.Clean Mashroom,chop in to small peaces.
2.Heat oil in a pan and add mashroom and little bit salt and fry for 5 min.Keep it aside.
2.Half boil potatoes and cut into samll peaces.
3.Heat oil in a pan.
4.Add onion,green chill and curry leaves,saute well.
5.If onions get cooked, add ginger garlic paste.fry for 1 min
6.Add tomatoes and fry for 2 min.
7.Add all the spices and saute well for 2 min.
8.Add potatoes sand stir well.
9.Add half fried mashroom and mix well.Add 2 TS water,close the lid and cook for 5 min.
10.Garnish with coriander leaves.
