Wheat rava | 1 cup | 1.Soak mung dal for 3 hour.Grind the daal into a smooth paste.. 2.Add this paste to wheat rava.Add baking soda and salt.Mix well. 3.Heat oil in a pan,splutter mustard seeds,urd dal,curry leaves. 4.Add finely chopped ginger,green chillies,coriander leaves,saute well. 5.Add this to the batter.mix well. 6.Steam cook idlis on medium flame for about 10 minutes. |
